In addition, improve the cooling level of modular lamps should be mentioned on the agenda.

  4, to reduce the thermal resistance of LED devices, the use of new packaging structure, new technology, the selection of thermal conductivity, good heat resistance of new materials, including metal bonding materials, fluorescent powder, etc., making the heat resistance ≤10℃/w or lower.

  5, from the LED chip, to take a new structure, new technology to improve the temperature of the LED chip heat resistance, and other materials of heat resistance, LED Ceiling Light so that the requirements of cooling conditions reduced.
